"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law." - Galatians 5:22-23. These are personal attributes that reflect God's nature. As a Christian matures in their faith, these qualities should become more evident in their life, reflecting God's character in the world. The fruit of the Spirit is about being more Christlike and displaying His character.
